How we fulfil orders All products in our store are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Gelato. This means each item is made especially for you after your order is placed.
Production time Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched. Production times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will work with Gelato to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
